These terms govern Valmar’s website and inquiries about property management, photography, property preparation and rentals in Mexico.

A form or chat with Mariana does not establish a contract, reservation or payment. Conditions must be confirmed with the team and accepted in the relevant agreement.

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. To request services for a property, you must own it or hold sufficient authorization. Protect your private-area account credentials.

Services and coverage depend on the property’s location, features and condition. Figures, examples, testimonials and estimates are illustrative: they do not guarantee income, occupancy, appreciation or equivalent results for another property.

Explore articles and answers from Mariana, an AI assistant, may contain errors and do not replace professional advice or a confirmed proposal. The team must validate availability, prices and conditions before a contracting decision.

Each proposal must specify included services, fees, applicable taxes, authorized expenses, deliverables and validity. Property management requires agreement on authority, payment handling, reporting, maintenance and each party’s responsibilities.

Deposits, cancellations, refunds, deadlines and termination will be defined before contracting. For rentals, confirm the property, dates, total price, deposit and rules in the relevant offer or platform. An inquiry does not hold availability or authorize charges.

The brand, design and content belong to Valmar or their owners. Viewing them grants no commercial reuse rights, except with permission or as allowed by law.

You must have permission to share materials and allow their use to handle your request. Photography and deliverable licenses are defined in the contracted proposal.

WhatsApp, accommodation platforms and other linked services have their own terms and availability.

Mentioning Airbnb or other brands does not imply affiliation. Platform reservations follow the conditions disclosed there and the agreement with the accommodation provider.

Valmar seeks to keep the website current and may interrupt features for maintenance or security. If you find an error in a description or proposal, request clarification before contracting or paying.

These terms do not exclude Valmar’s statutory liabilities or limit mandatory consumer rights. Responsibilities for management, property damage or service delivery are determined by the contract and applicable law.

The Privacy and cookie policy explains data use for forms, the newsletter, chat and accounts. Browsing or requesting a quote does not subscribe you to the newsletter or authorize uses outside that notice.
