This notice covers forms, the newsletter, Mariana and private accounts. Guest records and contract documents require specific privacy information when collected.
1. Controller and scope
Valmar uses website information to assist owners and prospective renters, prepare management, photography and property preparation proposals, and follow up on inquiries.
This notice covers forms, the newsletter, Mariana and private accounts. Guest records and contract documents require specific privacy information when collected.
2. Data we may collect
We collect information according to the feature you use. Public forms and chat do not request sensitive data, identity documents, passwords or banking information.
- Contact: name, email, phone and message; city, property type and selected service to help prepare a proposal.
- Newsletter: email, language, subscription source, confirmation and consent or unsubscribe records.
- Browsing and security: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed and technical signals to detect abuse and measure visits.
- Chat and account: questions sent to Mariana; profile information, account identifier and files shared through private features.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your information to handle the request you initiate. The newsletter is a separate, optional purpose: you must confirm by email and may unsubscribe through its messages or contact section 11 without affecting your inquiry.
- Respond to owners and prospective renters and prepare quotes for the services requested.
- Coordinate visits, calls and commercial follow-up related to your request.
- Process questions sent to Mariana to generate answers about Valmar and its services.
- Manage accounts and files when you use private features and protect forms and access against abuse.
- Measure website usage and address legal obligations related to contact records.
- Send Valmar news and content only to people who confirm their newsletter subscription.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The site integrates authentication, bot protection and visit measurement. You may delete or block cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in or form submissions.
- Clerk uses cookies to manage sign-in and account security when you access those features.
- Cloudflare Turnstile analyzes browser and device signals to verify submissions and prevent automated abuse.
- Vercel Web Analytics measures visits without analytics cookies. The current site configuration does not include advertising pixels or marketing cookies.
5. Data sharing and transfers
Integrated services include Vercel (hosting, analytics and AI gateway), Resend (email), Cloudflare (protection), Clerk (accounts) and Convex (private-area and newsletter data). They process information needed for the feature used and may operate outside Mexico.
When you write to Mariana, your questions are sent through Vercel’s gateway to AI providers: DeepSeek, OpenAI and inference providers such as Fireworks, Novita or DeepInfra, depending on availability. The integration requests exclusion from training; it does not promise zero retention. Avoid confidential information.
We do not sell your data. Providers processing information on Valmar’s behalf are distinct from third parties receiving it for their own purposes: such transfers require consent unless a legal exception applies. When you open WhatsApp or another external platform, its privacy notice also applies.
6. Data retention
Messages reach the support inbox for follow-up. Newsletter records track subscriptions and withdrawals; account records and files relate to private-area use.
Retention follows the purpose and applicable obligations, then data is deleted or blocked. Unsubscribing may leave a minimal record to prevent further mailings. Request cancellation through section 11.
7. Information security
The site uses origin checks, request limits, bot protection and authentication. Share only what is needed and use agreed channels for property documents.
No service eliminates every risk. Report misuse through section 11; breaches significantly affecting your rights will be communicated as required by law.
8. Data subject rights
To request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO), withdraw consent or limit use or disclosure, email section 11 with the subject “Privacy”. Include your name, reply channel, requested right and records to locate; identify any correction. We will explain how to verify identity or representation securely.
ARCO requests will be decided within 20 business days and, if approved, implemented within the following 15; lawful extensions will be communicated. Withdrawal is not retroactive and does not remove retention obligations. You may seek protection of your rights from Mexico’s Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
9. Minors
This site is not intentionally directed to minors. If you believe a minor provided personal data without authorization, contact Valmar to request review or deletion.
10. Changes to this policy
Changes will appear on this page with the update date. If new purposes require fresh consent, it will be requested before those uses begin. Updating this notice does not automatically subscribe anyone to the newsletter.
11. Contact
Valmar privacy contact email: valmar.top@sendus.cc.
Write to exercise your rights, withdraw consent or ask questions. Do not attach identity documents initially; we will explain how to verify your identity.
